Garden report: Have we begun?

The weather is beautiful here, and I couldn't resist, so I bought my first plant of the season.

Got some kale ... so that and my sprouted garlic will give me a small start.

Now let's hope it stays above freezing!

Our weather here does not feel like spring at all. Gardening here will not take place for awhile. Hope you enjoy your plants and the weather cooperates.

God bless.

We must live in a warmer climate than you. I've got peas, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, collards, brussel sprouts, lettuce, chard, and onions coming up. My problem is the reverse of yours--I hope it doesn't get too hot too soon!
We had a hard freeze after my blueberry bushes put out their blossoms. That doesn't bode well, but we'll see...

Stacie .. I'm jealous! I'm hoping it won't be one of those cold, wet springs.

Did you buy kale seeds or use plants? I was hoping to get seeds, but ended up getting the plants, instead. (quite by accident)
