Coupon changes again

  Not-so-great news for coupon users in the Midwest ...

    Kroger has announced that it will stop doubling coupons at its Cincinnati-area stores.   Indiana-based Marsh has stopped doubling coupons (not sure if that applies to the company's Ohio stores).

   Coupon policies seem to be constantly in flux.  Stores double ... or stop doubling .. or change the limits on what they double.  They take Internet coupons, then they don't. Or they only take certain kinds of Internet coupons.
   Lately,  I've noticed that stores in my area are pushing their own digital coupons that don't double.  

   So are these latest moves a test or a trend?  Remains to be seen.  But whatever they are, it's sure to have an effect on our grocery budgets.
