Menu Monday: Lemon mint tea

      Not a formal recipe, but it's one of my favorite summer drinks:

       Place 3 bags of lemon tea (I personally like Lipton ... ) and 3-4 sprigs of fresh mint (wrapped in a cheesecloth and tied, or placed in a coffee filter and tied)  in a 2.5 quart container.   I like mine unsweetened, but this is the time to add sugar if you like it.
       Fill with boiling water and let steep for several hours ... or even overnight.  Serve over ice.
