Menu Monday: Grandma's meatballs

These are pretty tasty ... and the recipe is easy to cut down if you don't happen to want 6 dozen meatballs.

3 eggs
3 c bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
3 lbs ground beef
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, stir in milk, breadcrumbs, onion and salt. Add meat and mix well.
Shape into 6 doz. 1-inch balls and set on ungreased baking pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove meatballs from pan and place them on another pan or a rack to cool. Freeze.
