Monday menu: Paprika potatoes

Here's a quick side dish:

1/2 lb potatoes, cut into chunks

3 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Place potatoes in saucepan, cover with water and boil until soft. Drain. In small bowl, combine butter, garlic powder, salt, paprika and pepper. Pour over potatoes, stir (gently, please) until coated.
