Works for Me Wednesday: Rollling out dough, II

Another hint on rolling out dough:

If you use wax or freezer paper, tack it to your counter with a bit of masking tape. It keeps the surface from scooting out from under your rolling pin!

But please don't try this directly on a varnished surface ... there's always the possibility you could hurt the finish. (It does work on tablecloths, though :)
